Designed a hydraulic-assisted rotating table to improve ergonomics and efficiency in industrial painting operations. The system enables smooth positioning and rotation of workpieces through hydraulic actuation, reducing operator effort and improving coating accessibility. The project included concept development, CAD modeling, engineering drawings, manufacturing analysis, assembly planning, and fabrication cost estimation using DFM, DFA, and DFC principles.
